Family Service Toronto offers a variety of programs and supports for those who have experienced abuse and domestic violence. In the Violence against Women department there are several counselors who speak different languages, including Somali.

The Healthy Families, Healthy Communities program works with newcomers in order to prevent violence and help them integrate and gain access to the broader society.
